Add Banker

Start a round with 3, 4 or 5 players and tap Banker in the games list. You can also add it mid-round from the Bets tab.

Handicaps: Net is on by default, off the low. Switch to gross if your group plays scratch.

Set the Bet Range

Choose the Min bet and Max bet. Every wager on every hole has to fall inside that range. The default is $1 to $5.

Pick the First Banker

On hole 1 there is no previous hole to go by, so tap who banks it. After that, the low score on each hole takes the bank for the next one. If two players tie for low, the app asks you to pick.

Change it: Tap Change Banker on the scoring screen if your group decides otherwise.

Set Wagers, Then Score

Before the hole, the scorekeeper taps Set wagers and enters each player’s bet against the Banker on one sheet. Then enter scores as usual.

Locked in: Once a hole has a score, its bets and its Banker lock, so nobody can change a bet after seeing the result.

Settle Up

Each player plays the Banker one on one. Low score wins that player’s bet, and a tie is a push. At the end of the round, Settle Up shows who owes whom across Banker and every other game.

One against everyone, every hole

Banker is a great game when your group likes to choose its own risk. Nobody is locked into a fixed stake: bet the max on a hole that suits you and the minimum when it doesn’t.
