Welcome to Settle Up Golf. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Settle Up Golf website at settleup-golf.com, the web application at app.settleup-golf.com, and our mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Settle Up Golf is a golf round tracker that helps groups of golfers score their rounds, manage friendly wagers and side games, and calculate who owes what at the end of the round. The Service includes:
To use the Service, you must create an account using an email address, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Settle Up Golf offers a free tier and a Premium subscription with additional features.
Premium is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. Pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your purchase is subject to the respective store's terms of service. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings.
If you subscribe through our website, payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your Profile in the app.
For App Store or Google Play purchases, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies. For web purchases via Stripe, please contact us at contactus@settleup-golf.com.

Settle Up Golf is a scorecard and calculator tool designed to track friendly wagers between members of a golf group. The Service does not facilitate, process, or hold any monetary transactions between users. All settlements are conducted privately between players outside the app.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding wagering and gambling in your jurisdiction.
The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Settle Up Golf and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (scores, player names, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Score calculations, handicap computations, and payout amounts are generated automatically and are provided as estimates only. We make no warranty as to their accuracy. Users are solely responsible for verifying all calculations before making any payments. Settle Up Golf is not liable for any losses arising from calculation errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Settle Up Golf and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account by contacting us at contactus@settleup-golf.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
